👋 This is me
With a background of more than 8 years in Tech and AI, I know what it means to live in constant “thinking mode”.
I’m trained in Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga and as a sound bath facilitator.
These practices became my way to unwind, relax, and step out of my head after long days in very dynamic environments.
I now create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and experience deep rest - even if meditation or stillness has felt inaccessible before.
